Hidalgo County Assistant Veterans Service Officer Raymond Herrera led the Pledge of Allegiance at today’s Commissioners Court.
Herrera served in the U.S. Navy as a Search and Rescue Swimmer from 2008-2013.
He holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
