The City of Mission announced that Mission Deputy City Manager Randy Perez was named as Interim and Active Mission City Manager effective immediately.
Perez has worked with the City of Mission for 17 years, and he said, “We will work hard with the good team of directors and staff to continue the service that we currently provide. Thank you, I appreciate the opportunity, and may God bless the City of Mission.”
Martin Garza is retiring as City Manager, after 27 years of service to the City, effective December 31st. The City Council thanked Mr. Garza for his service and congratulated him on his retirement.
