EDINBURG, Texas – With a cold front swiftly approaching South Texas, Palm Valley Animal Society is turning to the community for help in ensuring the safety and well-being of the approximately 350 dogs housed at our PVAS Trenton Center, most of whom reside in outdoor kennels. The drop in temperatures poses a significant challenge to these pets, and we are reaching out to the compassionate hearts of the Rio Grande Valley for support.
What We Need: To safeguard our furry residents from the cold, we are in urgent need of self-warming mats, heavy-duty tarps, heaters, extension cords, bungee cords, and propane tank refills. These items are essential to provide warmth and protection against the chilly weather conditions.
