SAN JUAN- The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) invites the public to attend an upcoming virtual public meeting with an in-person open house option on a proposal to redesign FM 1426 (N. Raul Longoria Rd.) from Nolana Loop to I-2.
The proposal calls for widening FM 1426 (N. Raul Longoria Rd.) from an existing four-lane roadway with a continuous left turn lane to a six-lane roadway with a raised median and a 10-foot-wide shared-use path in each direction. The project is approximately 2.1 miles long.

The purpose of the public meeting is to present the preliminary transportation design and receive public comments.
The virtual public meeting will be available starting Monday, April 15, 2024, by 5 p.m., at www.txdot.gov, by entering the keyword “FM 1426 (N. Raul Longoria Rd.)”
