PSJA Southwest ECHS Soccer Athlete signs with Wiley College

PHARR – Gerardo Preza, a senior at PSJA Southwest Early College High School signed a letter of intent to be part of the soccer team at Wiley College near Dallas, today in the school’s library.

Preza is a first generation student who has excelled in the sport during his time at PSJA Southwest. He will be the first in his family to graduate from high school and attend college. He was named 1^st team All-District Forward in 2013, Offensive Player of the Year for PSJA Southwest that same year and was ranked 5^th as a scorer in the 63-4A Division.
