Congratulations to PSJA North 2013 Graduate Julio Gonzalez, Jr. for winning a gold medal at SkillsUSA Nationals in Extemporaneous Speaking! The event was held in Kansas City, MO the week of June 24-28. This was Julio’s second consecutive year competing in this event at the National competition, he earned a silver medal in 2012.
