SAN JUAN, Texas– Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD will host its 18th Annual Countdown to Zero Dropout Recovery Walk over three consecutive Saturdays in September—September 6, 13, and 20, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the PSJA Early College High School cafeteria.
This event is a door-to-door initiative designed to reconnect with students who have not yet returned to school. The Countdown to Zero Dropout Recovery Walk provides support and resources to help these students successfully complete their high school education.
The initiative welcomes staff, families, and community volunteers to join the school district in this outreach effort, working together to reduce the dropout rate each year.
