SAN JUAN – Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD (PSJA) will be hosting the free 2nd Annual South Texas Parent Conference on Saturday, Oct. 20 at PSJA Early College High School from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Hosted by the PSJA ISD Special Education Department, the free conference is open to parents of children with disabilities or special health care needs, self-advocates, family members, educators, service providers, and other interested community members.
The annual event includes parent and professional presenters, 16 breakout sessions focused on topics relating to the special education population as well as offers networking opportunities and presentations from local and state exhibitors.
Parents and family members interested in participating can still register on site. For more information, individuals may contact the PSJA Special Education Department at 354-2200.
