PHARR – Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD has been awarded a School Safety & Security Grant from the Texas Education Agency in the amount of $528,827.

According to PSJA ISD Police Chief Rolando Garcia, the grant will be used to purchase and install SMART door-locking systems to secure exterior doors at all PSJA ISD high schools and select middle schools.
