SAN JUAN – The Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District College Transition Services Department hosted a registration drive at the PSJA College & University Center on July 9 for recent graduates enrolling at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley or South Texas College this fall.

“It’s a one-stop shop for advising, admissions, and financial aid,” said STC Academic Advisor Jessie Banda.

In addition to the PSJA College Transition team, the college campuses brought their own staff to help with student registration including Academic Advisors, Admissions Specialists, Testing (ACT/TSI) Specialists, Financial AidSpecialists, and Dual Enrollment Specialists, according to STC College Recruiter Robert Barrera.
