SAN JUAN – PSJA Early College High School Senior Aaron Mathew Noriega signed a letter of intent to play football at the collegiate level at McPherson College during a special ceremony today, surrounded by his family, coaches, and friends.
According to the four-year letterman, it is because of his coaches and family that he learned the importance of hard work, determination, discipline, perseverance, and teamwork – attributes that have helped him succeed on and off the field.
“My determination and motivation did not stay on the field, it followed me to the classroom where I was just as dedicated to my academics,” Noriega said. “My dream has always been to be able to play football at the collegiate level and I have chosen McPherson College to help me achieve that goal.”
Noriega plans to major in Kinesiology while at McPherson. Congratulations!
