On August 11, 2019 at approximately 4:25 am McAllen Police officers responded to a residence in the area of the 1100 Block W. Fern McAllen, Texas. Police Officers learned that the suspect had entered the residence and assaulted the victim. Investigating police officers obtained warrants of arrest for Osbaldo Omar Juarez for Assault a Second Degree Felony and Criminal Trespass a Class “A” Misdemeanor.
