The annual State of the City Address highlighted the many accolades, achievements, projects, and endeavors we worked on in 2022 and recognized the efforts of all our partners who helped bring these efforts to fruition
The City of Pharr highlighted and showcased its 2022 endeavors including city projects, economic development growth, legislative efforts, infrastructure developments, public safety initiatives, partnerships, quality-of-life enhancements, and more.
