EDINBURG – As Pet Parents Day approaches, Judge Richard F. Cortez is thrilled to announce the “Picture Perfect Pets” photo contest.
County Judge Richard F. Cortez understands the immeasurable love and joy that pets bring into our lives. That’s why he invites all pet parents in Hidalgo County to showcase their furry companions in the exciting photo contest. Whether you have a playful pup, a cuddly cat, or any other beloved pet, this is their chance to shine!
The contest begins with photo submissions on April 10th at 12:00 p.m. and closes on April 16th at 12:00 pm. Photos may be submitted using a link that will be published tomorrow under the Facebook page of Judge Richard F. Cortez. Then, starting on April 17th at 9:00 a.m., the public may vote on the submitted photos online.
All submitted photos will be showcased on the Facebook Page [@JudgeCortez], where voting will be based on the number of interactions (likes, love, care, and other reactions to the post).

Four lucky winners will receive a pet photoshoot session, capturing an unforgettable moment of their furry friend!
