PALMVIEW, Texas – Hidalgo County Precinct Three’s “Paws and Claws Fest” event unites pet lovers, local businesses, and community members to raise awareness and resources for animals in need. Attendees are encouraged to bring pet food donations (30-50 lb. bags) to support Yaqui Animal Rescue’s efforts.
