Noel Salinas Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Castle Hospitality proudly announced the promotion of Pancho Guerra as Corporate Director of Operations.
“As Castle Hospitality grows and our corporate operations team takes on more and more responsibility, it was an easy decision to add another level of operational support by creating a Corporate Director of Operations position,” stated Salinas.
“I am happy to announce that we have selected the individual that will help us continue to grow our company and to support the daily efforts. Please join me in welcoming Mr. Francisco “Pancho” Guerra as our new Corporate Director of Operations,” he announced.
He said that Pancho has done a wonderful job in opening and running their Hampton Inn & Suites hotel for the last four years. He said, “I want to thank his dedicated and dynamic team there for all their success.”
Prior to being general manager at Hampton, Pancho held several key management positions with both Marriott and Hilton branded hotels as he worked his way up to his current position.
Pancho has tested and proven abilities and will hit the ground running as he transitions into his new role. Pancho will be transitioning from the Hampton GM position within the next couple of weeks and will eventually be based out of the corporate office building on North 10th street. Salinas pointed out; “In the meantime, I will be working closely with Pancho to layout a plan for moving forward on how to use best practices to provide the hotels with the most consistent support.”
Salinas told Texas Border Business that they have always planned to expand support to the hotels by providing consistent leadership and guidance. After consideration they decided this person will play a very critical role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
The new corporate director will be also responsible to be on top of the brand standards, adjusting to daily challenges and opportunities to grow the revenues of Castle Hospitality group.
