Mission, Texas- Ten district students at the Career Academy at Options recently reached a major milestone. They have completed 100 hours of training for the Introduction to Structural Welding hosted through the McAllen Carers Unlimited. The students who have completed their 100 hours are: Gladys Castillo, Jose Delgadillo, Maria Escobedo, Sergio Espino, Daryn Garza, Rey Guzman, Kevin Reyes, Saul Rojas, Jose Zamorano, Saul Zumaya.
The Career Academy at Options serves students from Mission High School and Veterans Memorial High School. The program offers students an opportunity to pursue graduation completion and career training in an environment that allows for more flexible hours.
