The Mayor and Edinburg City Council on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, unanimously selected Edinburg native Omar Ochoa as the Interim City Attorney.
The appointment is effective immediately. Omar Ochoa succeeds Rick González of Oxford & Gonzalez Law Firm in Edinburg.
