This is an annual notice notifying the general public, owners, lessees, and users of lands on the U.S. banks of the Rio Grande, are subject to periodic flooding from local tributary inflows and releases from dams. The notice is given as a public service to advise and inform you that human life, property, livestock, and other activities, existing or proposed, may be subject to flood damage, and are maintained or undertaken at your own risk.
