MCHS had four BPA students qualify for the National Leadership Conference

Mission Collegiate High School (MCHS) had four Business Professionals of America (BPA) members compete at the 2021 BPA State Leadership Conference and all four are National Qualifiers. The State Conference was held virtually on March 2 – March 6, 2021. The results are as follows:

44 Unaccompanied Children Encountered by Border Patrol Near the Rio Grande

EDINBURG, Texas – Rio Grande Valley Sector (RGV) Border Patrol agents encountered two large groups of illegal aliens. Yesterday, McAllen Border Patrol agents working near Penitas, Texas, encountered a group of 99 illegal aliens shortly after they made entry into the United States. The group consisted of 78 family members and 20 unaccompanied alien children (UACs). Six of the UACs in this group were under the age of 13.
