Laredo, TX- Attention motorists, if you are used to driving through Bartlett Avenue to and from Del Mar, you will be seeing a new yellow flashing signal and portable message signs. The City of Laredo will fully activate the new pedestrian crossing signal on Bartlett Avenue along the upper Zacate Creek Hike and Bike Trial on Wednesday, July 21, 2021.
