Norma Harlow, who served as Petty Officer 2nd class in the U.S. Navy, led the Pledge of Allegiance at Commissioners Court.
Harlow, a Deputy Clerk in the County Clerk’s Office, served from 1999-2003.
Commissioners Court has started a new tradition of beginning each meeting with a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces being recognized and then leading the Court in the Pledge of Allegiance.
