The North American Advanced Manufacturing Research and Education Initiative (NAAMREI) at South Texas College (STC) announced that it has received a $500,000 grant from the Wagner-Peyser program administered through the Office of Texas Governor Rick Perry. Through this project, a total of 675 individuals will receive specialized training in areas including robotics, mechatronics, programmable logic controllers and other advanced topics.
