Mission, Texas – This year marks the 30th anniversary of a school bus accident that claimed the lives of 21 Mission Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) junior high and high school students.
Since the anniversary date fell on a Saturday this year, (September 21), Mission CISD had a districtwide observance for Friday, September 20.
