Mission CISD students, Anapaula Barba (Mission Collegiate HS) and Lisa Garza (Mission HS) along with Krystania Sanchez (Mission Collegiate HS Counselor) toured two universities a few weeks ago.
They visited the University of Maryland and George Washington University through the Texas Graduate Center, along with other Rio Grande Valley students. They were able to attend informational meetings and toured both universities, visited the World Trade Center in Baltimore, walked around
This was a once in a lifetime experience and our students gained some insight into what it takes to attend one of these prestigious universities. Â
