McAllen, Texas – You do not have to wait until spring to become a Jaguar. Students interested in taking classes at South Texas College during the fall semester can still register for mini-mester courses starting Sept. 17.
Mini-mester courses also begin Oct. 8 and 22, and Nov. 12 and 19.
Mini-mesters are six to 14-week classes that offer the same quality instruction and college credits but in a shorter time span. These classes are great for students who are unable to take traditional length semester courses or seek to have more flexibility in their schedule.
Numerous core classes including English and Biology are being offered during the mini-mester, both on-campus and online.
