McAllen to Host The 2019 Miss Texas World America and Miss Texas Teen World America Double Pageant

McAllen – The Miss Texas World America Organization and Texas Beauty with a Purpose is accepting applications for the 2019 Miss Texas World America and Miss Texas Teen World America Double Pageant.  The pageant finals will be on Saturday, August 3, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m at the McAllen Convention Center, located at 700 Convention Center Blvd, in McAllen, Texas. 

The Miss Texas World America and Miss Texas Teen World America Preliminary Competition, Talent Showcase and Beauty with a Purpose Presentation will be held on Friday, August 2, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at the McAllen Convention Center.

The Miss Texas World America and Miss Texas Teen World America winner will proceed to the National Pageant in Las Vegas in September 2019.  The National winner of the Miss competition will move on to Miss World in Thailand.

The Miss Texas World America pageant is open to single unmarried young ladies living in Texas. The pageant divisions are as follows: Miss Texas Teen World America for contestants ages 13-18 and Miss Texas World America for contestants ages 16.5 to 26.  

The Miss Texas World America Organization and members of the pageant Committee are looking forward to the upcoming pageant and are very excited to meet all the contestants. A Texas Red White and Blue Welcome Party for all contestants and their family members will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at the Miss Texas World America host hotel, Cambria Hotel McAllen Convention Center, 701 S. Ware Road, McAllen.
