McAllen Police Officers are asking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect in a motor vehicle theft investigation. Eduardo Martinez Vasquez is suspected to be involved in the theft of a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado pickup. The Chevrolet pickup was stolen from the 3300 block of Expressway 83 (IH-2) in the evening hours of December 8, 2025. A magistrate in the McAllen Municipal Court determined probable cause is established to issue a warrant of arrest for Eduardo Martinez Vasquez for Motor Vehicle Theft, a State Jail Felony.
Eduardo Martinez Vasquez is described as 32 years of age, approximately 5’ 06” in height, approximately 200 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes. Eduardo Martinez Vasquez has a last known address is in Penitas, Texas.
