Residents to receive updates on vital projects
WHO: District 3 Commissioner Omar Quintanilla, McAllen City Managers and Representatives from the following departments:
Engineering, Parks & Recreation, Fire and Police
WHAT: Town Hall Meeting
WHEN & Tuesday, March 6, 2018 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: Las Palmas Community Center, 1921 N. 25th Street
WHY: In the continuing effort to keep residents well informed and involved in their community’s growth and development, District 3 Commissioner Omar Quintanilla will host a town hall meeting on Tuesday, March 6. The meeting will serve as an opportunity for residents to learn more about what is happening in the community and discuss their concerns, as well as give their ideas and input.
Members of the McAllen City Manager’s Office will be in attendance and will provide updates on current and future projects in District 3 and citywide initiatives.
McAllen Fire, Police, Engineering, and Park & Recreation representatives will also be on hand to answer questions.
Constituents should arrive early to receive a complimentary First Aid kit, courtesy of the McAllen Firefighters Association. A limited number are available, one kit per family.
