Taco Palenque is known for being a great host; that being said, the Taco P Foodtruck was ready to serve everyone with hot tacos and hot coffee. This quick-service Mexican restaurant has become a household name in South Texas and originally opened the doors of its first location in Laredo Texas, the ‘Gateway City’, in 1987.  Taco Palenque’s growing success has enabled its founders, the Ochoa family, to continue to provide excellence in customer service, quality food and accomplish their mission of perfectly reproducing the authentic flavors of Mexico into our Texas communities.
