HARLINGEN, Texas — The Regional Hispanic Contractors Association (RHCA), in proud partnership with the Rio Grande Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, announces the 2025 Luna Awards Luncheon – Rio Grande Valley Region, honoring the outstanding achievements of women, women-owned businesses, and advocates in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industries.
This year’s event will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 10:45 AM to 1:30 PM at the Harlingen Convention Center– Great Kiskadee Ballroom E-H, located at 701 Harlingen Heights Drive, Harlingen, TX 78552.
The Luna Awards recognize excellence across several prestigious categories, including A/E/C Firm of the Year, Service Firm of the Year, Rising Star A/E/C Firm of the Year, Outstanding Administrative Professional, Outstanding Professional, A/E/C Woman of the Year, Business Advocate of the Year, and the distinguished Lifetime Achievement Award.

Award recipients are selected through Award Force, a secure, cloud-based platform that ensures a streamlined, confidential, and unbiased judging process. Final scores and winners remain sealed until their reveal at the Luna Awards Luncheon, preserving the excitement and integrity of the moment.
The RHCA is one of the largest Hispanic contractor associations in the country, dedicated to empowering emerging and established contractors through project procurement assistance, construction safety education, and sustainable business practices. With strong advocacy, training, and resource programs, the RHCA advances business potential and economic impact across Texas’ A/E/C industries.
