McALLEN– Luis R. Zamora has been promoted to Director of Real Estate Services for Affordable Homes of South Texas, Inc. (AHSTI). Mr. Zamora, who has been serving as interim director for the last several months, had been Real Estate Services Manager with AHSTI since 2015.
In addition to serving as Director of Real Estate Services, Mr. Zamora is also the Managing Broker for HCH Realty, LLC, a subsidiary of TuCasa Investments, Inc. and a social enterprise of AHSTI.
As Director of Real Estate Services, Luis oversees AHSTI’s real estate activities, housing quality inspections, and property management.
Mr. Zamora has also been a long-time supporter of Affordable Homes of South Texas, Inc. Before being employed with AHSTI, Luis served as a board member for several years until his term ended in 2002.
