Brownsville, TX –– Local Rio Grande Valley (RGV) restaurant, Wing Barn will close dining rooms on Wednesday, July 1, 2020. They will continue to serve guests through curbside and delivery until further notice.
“We want to keep our team and the community safe. It’s the right thing to do,” said Bobby Saenz, Wing Barn President. “The situation in the RGV is changing rapidly and we feel a responsibility to protect our team members, our customers and the RGV community.”
Wing Barn asks that the community continue to support their local, family-owned restaurant. “This decision is a tough one to make,” said Saenz. “It will affect our business and our 200 team members economically. However, we couldn’t put business over the safety, health and well being of our team members, their families and the community at large.”
