Harlingen, Texas – The City of Harlingen announces the special appearance by the Harlingen High School and Harlingen South High School Bands at the Blues on the Hill free concert scheduled for August 25. The high school bands will join Whiskey D at McKelvey Park at 7 p.m.

When: Saturday, August 25, 2018, 7 p.m.

Why: This is the third of four free concerts organized by the Harlingen Convention and Visitors Bureau. Chairs and blankets are encouraged. There will be food and drink vendors on site and activities for kids.
