El Paso, Texas – In a significant move underscoring the city’s commitment to local businesses and economic development, L&F Distributors has teamed up with the City of El Paso to unveil their plans for the expansion of their facilities in the region. This significant growth signifies a new chapter in the enduring success story of a company that has been family-owned across multiple generations.

The expansion will involve a staggering $31 million project, a cornerstone of which is a sprawling 225,000 square-foot beverage distribution warehouse. Accompanying this will be state-of-the-art administrative offices and a cutting-edge vehicle maintenance facility.

The City Council has actively endorsed this enterprise by sanctioning a $1.3 million incentive agreement. This financial backing will not only bolster the construction efforts but also secure nearly 200 existing jobs while paving the way for 30 new job opportunities.

In a statement, El Paso Mayor Oscar Leeser said, “This partnership underscores El Paso and L&F Distributors shared goal of progress, development, and improving the lives of our fellow citizens,” said El Paso Mayor Oscar Leeser. “I am grateful to L&F Distributors for choosing to invest and expand in El Paso. And I’m also excited to support their remarkable journey of a small, family-run business that is now a major employer supporting more than 1,200 jobs companywide.”

L&F Distributors’ rich legacy began in 1978. Today, the company boasts ownership of eight distribution centers, catering to 35 counties across Texas and Southern New Mexico, all while preserving its family-owned status.

The site for this expansive construction spans more than 19 acres and is strategically located off Burgundy Dr., close to the nexus of I-10 and Loop 375. Stakeholders and residents eagerly await its anticipated completion by summer 2025.
