Ladies, Save the Date of Sept. 14th and attend the annual RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce annual LATINA LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE at the beautiful Mission Event Center. The day event will include breakfast, lunch, cocktail reception and more importantly, experts to speak on 10 different topics that will empower women both in their personal and professional lives The conference begins with registration and breakfast at 8:00am with the official welcome at 9:00am by Walmart, the Presenting sponsor.
Topics to be discussed this year are: Latinas in Leadership, Balancing act: Navigating Career Ambitions, personal life and caregiver responsibilities; Self-Defense Moves for Women; Financial Literacy – Planning for Your Future; Starting Your Own Business; Breaking Barriers::Navigating Challenges facing women in Leadership positions; Ingredients for a Successful career; Empowering Latina Leaders on the path to Political Leadership; The Art of Negotiating and Dealing with Difficult People in the Workplace;
In addition, the committee has also included a Laughter Yoga instructor as well as a Comedian! Adding to the conference is a Keynote Speaker who is well known and truly successful woman who is known nationwide. Vendors will also be available to promote their products and services. A limited number of spots are available. Topping off the Conference will be individual professional Headshots for the attendees.
