LA GRULLA, Texas – Elected officials and business leaders from throughout the region will join local city leaders to celebrate a historic grant announcement for this Starr County community. The City of La Grulla will receive over $10MIL from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to upgrade its existing water treatment plan. The project is expected to double the water capacity as well as ensure the highest water quality standards for the residents in its service area.
