Jorge Torres, President of Interlink Trade Services—a customs brokerage, logistics, and consulting firm—will be joining the Customs Administration Certification Program at Tecnológico de Monterrey as a professor, beginning with the module “Customs Operations in the U.S.” starting on July 11. His participation reflects a growing need for structured, high-level education in customs procedures amid a rapidly evolving trade environment.

The program, delivered entirely online, offers 152 hours of instruction across eight specialized modules and is designed for professionals with experience in fields such as law, foreign trade, accounting, and administration. With this initiative, Torres aims to contribute directly to the training of industry professionals by sharing practical insights and executive-level strategies drawn from his extensive experience. The curriculum includes core topics such as customs operations, import costs, trade agreements, and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on the U.S.-Mexico trade relationship.
