The McAllen Chamber of Commerce is proud to present “Innovative Gastromarketing” at May’s I&E Network. The food industry seems to be growing in the Rio Grande Valley. Many startups have been launching and expanding throughout the region. It is easy to start a food business, but difficult to promote it.

Esmeralda Ruiz, Instagram influencer and owner of QueComerRGV will be presenting on best practices for food photography, food videos, digital gastromarketing and how to work with influencers. Esmeralda currently has around 7,000 active followers on Instagram. Join us at the next I&E Network on Thursday, May 23rd from 6 PM to 8 PM at the Old Church Winery. 

“This program motivates participants to move their ideas from an intangible state to a tangible one,” said, Jorge Sanchez, Vice President of Business Development and Start-ups at the McAllen Chamber of Commerce. The I & E Network is a program designed to facilitate the connection and networking of inventors and entrepreneurs with the end goal of creating businesses, jobs and local wealth.

The I & E Network holds its meetings on the fourth Thursday of every month from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Old Church Winery, 700 N Main St., McAllen, Texas. The I&E Network is open to all community members that are working on new ideas. RSVP required as seating is limited.
