IBC Bank-McAllen embraces the “Do More” spirit by dedicating an entire week, Oct. 25-31, to the bank’s teller team. The celebration is known as Teller Appreciation Week.
The festivities kick off Tues., Oct. 27, during a public reception at the Main Bank lobby where a proclamation announcement will be made by the City of McAllen. IBC Bank’s Teller Appreciation Week is the only official proclamation of its kind in McAllen and it celebrates the diligent work tellers provide IBC Bank customers on a regular basis.
“Quality employees are the foundation for any successful business, and at IBC Bank, we value our tellers and the positive services they provide to our customers,” IBC Bank-McAllen President and CEO R. David Guerra said. “Not only does IBC Bank do more for its community, but we also strive to continue to do more for our employees.”
