Laredo, Texas – IBC Bank is pleased to announce its new engagement with J.D. Power, a global leader in consumer insights, data, analytics and advisory services that helps brands enhance and understand customer experience. On April 16, 2018, J.D. Power will start to measure IBC Bank’s customer satisfaction with the service quality provided across the branch network. J.D. Power will periodically survey customers in regards to satisfaction with IBC Bank’s products, branch quality and services, ATMs and online/mobile banking services.
J.D. Power has captured and interpreted the voice of the customer across many industries for almost 50 years. The company offers a full suite of branch service tracking, customer relationship studies, and benchmarking.
“Through this engagement with JD Power, we strive to continue to Do More for our customers by measuring the quality of service we provide and therefore enhance our service skills and provide a great customer experience,” said Dennis E. Nixon, IBC Bank CEO and Chairman of the Board.
Customers can expect to receive emails or telephone calls inviting them to complete a customer satisfaction questionnaire. Feedback from customers will be used to support initiatives to improve products and the customer experience at the branches and through digital banking services.
