The RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce proudly announced the honorees of Ms. Laura Warren and Ruben de Leon as the Business Woman & Business Man of the Year to be recognized at the annual Noche de Gala scheduled for Friday, Nov. 19th at La Estrella Ranch in Mission.
Mr. Ruben de Leon, has been in business since 2002. He along with his partner Dr. Oscar Sotello, and with the help of Pan American University manufacturing and engineering dept., helped to design the plastic universal plastic support for use in commercial and residential foundations. The product is manufactured at the trade zone by EMU and in Boerne, Texas. The plastic support is used to hold together rebar that is used on streets, roadways, swimming pools, sidewalks, etc. More info to come
