McAllen, TX – The McAllen Citizens League will host a Political Forum for the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s election at their noon Luncheon on Thursday, February 20th. The meeting will be co-hosted by the McAllen Chamber of Commerce and held at the Chamber on Ash Street.
All candidates, incumbent Eddie Guerra and challengers Frank Guerrero and Raul Salinas have confirmed their attendance. “Our last forum at the Chamber was a sellout,” said Christopher Julian, President of the League. “We’re expecting the same for this one”, Julian added.
The meeting is open to the public at no charge with lunch available for $18 for members and $20 for non-members.
