McAllen Police Officers are asking the public’s assistance in locating William Curran Fernandez. McAllen Officers investigate circumstances, reported on November 13, 2025, that allege William Curran Fernandez sexually abused a child younger than 14 years of age. The follow-on investigation identified multiple acts of sexual abuse against the child for a period from the year 2020 to the present and occurred at multiple locations. A magistrate in the McAllen Municipal Court determined probable cause was established to issue a warrant of arrest for William Curran Fernandez for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Young Child, a First Degree Felony.
