Ellie Torres, Hidalgo County Commissioner Precinct 4, invites the public to register and attend the Heart Mind Money Workshop, a free empowerment workshop designed exclusively for women ages 18 and older.
The workshop will be led by Perla Tamez, Founder of the Heart Mind Money Foundation, who will guide participants through her HMM method focused on nurturing confidence, leadership, and financial independence. Through this approach, women will learn how to heal the heart, empower the mind, and gain access to practical resources to strengthen their financial future.
The workshop will be conducted bilingually in both Spanish and English. Breakfast and a light lunch will be provided at no cost to participants.
