The family of a University of Texas at Austin graduate student who went missing over the summer is seeking the public’s help in finding him and his wife.
UT doctoral student Frank Daniel Guzman and his wife, Caroline Katba have been missing since late July in Mexico, according to the Texas Missing Persons Clearinghouse Bulletin. Guzman’s sister, Liz, explained in an Instagram post that their last known location was a town called Coatzacoalcos in the Mexican state of Veracruz, currently under a travel warning.
