EDINBURG, Texas – Empty Bowls 2025, presented by H-E-B Hunger Relief, takes place Tuesday, October 21, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg. Marking its 19th anniversary, Empty Bowls is Food Bank RGV’s signature fundraiser and a premier tasting luncheon featuring bites from more than 30 local favorites, a lively silent auction, raffles with two luxury items, and more. Each guest will receive a hand-painted ceramic bowl that symbolizes the ongoing challenge of hunger in the community. Funds raised provide vital support for the community and sustain Food Bank RGV’s work across Hidalgo, Cameron, and Willacy counties. Every dollar stays local and can provide up to five meals for neighbors at risk of hunger. Tickets for Empty Bowls are $36 each plus fees and are available at the Bert Ogden Arena box office and online at BertOgdenArena.com.
