PHARR, Texas – The Food Bank RGV is thrilled to announce H-E-B Hunger Relief as the Title and Presenting Sponsor for the 18th Annual Empty Bowls Luncheon and Silent Auction. H-E-B Hunger Relief’s donation will provide up to 100,000 meals to individuals facing hunger in the Rio Grande Valley.

Empty Bowls 2024 presented by H-E-B Hunger Relief, scheduled for October 22, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, TX is a unique luncheon and silent auction event that will offer attendees a delightful culinary experience with tastings from over 30 local restaurants all under one roof.
In addition to the delicious food, Empty Bowls will feature an exciting silent auction, raffles, and a variety of engaging activities. Each guest will also receive a unique hand-painted ceramic bowl, symbolizing the ongoing hunger challenges faced by many in the Rio Grande Valley.
