Edinburg, Texas —With Christmas behind us, many people may already be looking to get rid of their trees. The City of Edinburg encourages all residents to recycle their Christmas trees instead of throwing them out. The Department of Solid Waste Management will be collecting trees starting January 5.

Residents can also drop off their trees at the City’s Solid Waste Management Office located at 8601 N. Jasman Road, Monday–Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
