Today, the Edinburg Police Department held a press conference in reference to a drug raid that was executed on September 13, 2019, at the residence 2718 E. Alberta Rd. Edinburg, TX at 9:30 a.m.
Through an investigation it was found that narcotics and ammunition were being sold at this location. Search warrants were then obtained and presented on said day and time. While serving said warrants, ammunition, cocaine and Xanax were found at location.
Three people were arrested and charged on September 14, 2019 and set a cash surety bond of $100,000.00 each for manufacture or delivery of substance in penalty group 1 which is a first-degree felony.
The suspects were also charged with a cash surety bond of $5,000.00 for possession of controlled substance (Xanax) for each suspect.Â
